Our story
Why GrowMate® began.
After 20 years of experience in university, secondary and early-childhood education, and as a mother of two, I kept noticing the same thing. The children who thrive are not only the ones with the best marks. They are the ones who ask good questions, work well with others, speak up and keep going when things get hard.
Schools value these skills, and the AI era will need them even more. Yet a busy classroom rarely has time to practise them. I spent a year and a half building GrowMate® to give children that practice, and to help parents see the growth.

What our slogan means
The stronger AI becomes, the more human skills matter. When children build the five HEART™ competencies, they gain the confidence to direct AI rather than be replaced by it.
GrowMate® and school
We work alongside school, not instead of it.
Complements school
We give focused, regular practice in the competencies schools value, organised into five HEART™ areas: Human Collaboration, Expression & Communication, Action & Problem Solving, Resilience & Self-management, and Thinking & Creativity.
Not subject tutoring
We don’t copy each subject’s classroom pace. Children use what they learn at school in interdisciplinary, real-world projects.

We don’t promise test scores. You see real progress: finished work at every Showcase, HEART™ Growth Reports, and more and more confidence in how your child performs at school.
